Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

Remote Deposit Capture, or RDC, is a way to make deposits to your account using your smartphone camera and our CFDCU Mobile app. The ability to make deposits is part of a recent app update, so if you don't see that option, you'll need to update your app to the latest version.

Important Points to remember

  2. Select the Deposit option.

  4. The next screen displays deposit instructions.
  5. After reviewing the instructions carefully, tap the Got It! tab at the bottom.
  6. Select the suffix where you wish to deposit the funds.
  7. Select the type of check you are depositing.
  8. Enter the amount of the deposit.
  9. Take a picture of the front of the check.

  13. After a moment, you should see a Success! message.
  14. That's it. If the deposit was successful you should see the funds in your account.
  15. Hold on to that check for at least 10 days to make sure that the deposit was accepted.
